Priority Landscape & Outdoor Living designs, builds and maintains outdoor spaces on Cincinnati’s west side, out of a shop and yard on Gracely Drive in Sayler Park. Same owner, same crew, a name that finally matches the work.
HOW IT STARTED
Started in 2022, With a Decade Behind It
Johnny Perry did not start this company to mow lawns.
He started it in 2022, after a decade in the industry, because he kept seeing the same thing on the west side: yards where the real problem was the ground itself, being handed to crews who only knew how to cut grass on top of it.
A wall leaning into a driveway. A patio nobody could sit on because the water came through it. A slope so steep the mower could not safely take it. Those jobs need somebody who can design the fix, build it properly and then keep it looking right afterward. That is the whole company: design, build, enhance.
Today it is a real crew with real equipment, a yard full of material, and a book of customers who mostly found us through a neighbor.

Plan it around your ground
Every project starts with a walk of the property. Slope, drainage and access decide most of what is possible and most of what it costs, and none of it shows up in a photo.
Build it with our own crew
Our people, our equipment, our material, from a yard minutes away. Nothing is handed to a subcontractor you have never met and cannot call.
Keep it looking finished
Beds, mulch, mowing and seasonal care after the build, so the project still looks like the day it was finished three summers from now.

People sometimes ask whether a company this size can handle their project. The honest answer is that owner-involved is why it gets handled. There is no account manager between you and the person responsible for the work, and nobody is going to tell you they will look into it and then not call back.
