Is the quote really free?
Yes. The on-site visit and the written quote cost nothing, and there is no obligation attached to either. We would rather walk ten properties and win four than pressure anyone into a project they are not sure about.
How soon will you get back to me?
Within one business day, and usually sooner. If it is urgent, calling is faster than the form. Not hearing back is the most common complaint people have about contractors around here, and it is the thing we work hardest not to be.
What happens at the on-site visit?
We walk the property with you and look at the things that decide the job: where water goes, how the ground sits, how equipment reaches the work area and what you want the space to do. Then we talk through options while standing in it, which is a better conversation than any phone call.
What if I am not sure what I want yet?
That is most of the calls we get. People know the problem, a wall that leans, a corner that floods, a yard nobody uses, without knowing the fix. Describing the problem is enough to start. Working out the answer is our job.
How far out are you booking?
It depends on the season and the work. Install calendars fill by May, so a project planned in late winter usually lands a spring slot while a call in June is often looking at late summer. Smaller jobs and property care move faster. Ask and we will tell you honestly where the schedule sits.
