What Does Christmas Light Installation Include?
Everything from the design to the box it goes back in. One phone call gets you an estimate for lights, wreaths and the rest. You pick the look, we handle the ladder, and the lights are ours to maintain all season.
- Design and quote We walk the front of the house with you, talk through rooflines, trees, walkways and what you want it to feel like from the street, and give you a written quote.
- Professional-grade lights, cut to fit Commercial LED strands measured and cut to your rooflines, with clips made for shingles and gutters. No staples, no stretched cords, no gaps at the corners.
- Install on a scheduled day A set date, a crew that shows up, a timer set before we leave. Most homes are done in a single visit.
- Season-long service A bulb goes out, a wind storm pulls a section loose, call us. Fixing it is part of the job, not a new one.
- Takedown and storage We take it all down in January, label it and store it. Next fall it goes back up without a trip to the attic.

Christmas Light Questions We Get Asked
Do I use my own lights or yours?
Ours, in almost every case. The lights are leased to you for the season: commercial-grade LED strands, cut to fit the areas you want lit, maintained by us and stored by us until next year. They are the brightest and most reliable option we have found, which is why we rarely hang customer-supplied strands.
When do you install and when do you take them down?
Installs run from October through early December, with the earliest bookings getting first pick of dates. Takedown happens in January. If you want a specific timing on either end, tell us when you book and we will work around it.
What happens if a section goes out?
Call or text us and we are there within 48 hours to fix it, at no additional charge. Season-long service is included, so a dead bulb, a dead strand or a section a wind storm pulled loose is our problem, not yours.
Do you do roofs, trees and walkways, or just the roofline?
All of it. Rooflines, gutters, peaks, columns, railings, wrapped tree trunks, shrubs and walkway stakes plus wreaths on request. The quote walk is where we figure out what fits the house and what fits the budget.
How much does Christmas light installation cost?
It depends on the linear feet of roofline and how much else you want lit, so we quote it in person after a quick walk around the house. The quote is free and written, and one up-front price covers install, season service, takedown and storage. Installs completed by Nov. 15 take 15% off.
Is the AMP Pro Installer credential important?
It means we install with professional-grade products and methods, which mostly shows up in what does not happen: no stapled cords, no burned-out strands by mid-December, no clips that leave marks on the gutters in January.
Is there a multi-year option?
Yes. Sign a three-year agreement and take 10% off. This is a separate offer from the Nov. 15 discount.
