Who we are

This website is operated by Priority Lawn & Landscape LLC, doing business as Priority Landscape & Outdoor Living, at 7501 Gracely Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45233. You can reach us at (513) 430-6114 or info@prioritycincy.com.

This policy covers prioritycincy.com. It does not cover other websites we link to, including social media platforms, which have their own policies.

Information you give us

When you submit a quote request or a materials order through a form on this site, we collect what you enter. Depending on the form, that includes:

• Your name
• Your phone number and, if you provide one, your email address
• Your property address, when the work requires it
• What you need done, including any details you write in
• Photos you choose to upload
• The material and quantity you want, on materials orders

You do not have to fill in optional fields. If you would rather not use a form, call us instead.

Photos you upload

Our quote form lets you attach photos of your property. We use them to understand the job and prepare an accurate quote. We do not publish photos you send us without asking you first.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may contact you by text about your request, an appointment or a scheduled visit. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop these at any time by replying STOP, and you can get help by replying HELP. We do not sell phone numbers, and we do not share them for anyone else’s marketing.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this one collects some technical information when you visit.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the site: which pages get visited, roughly where visitors are located, what device they use and whether they submit a form. This is reported to us in aggregate. Google’s practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Advertising

We advertise through Google Ads and on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. Advertising platforms may use cookies or similar technology to measure whether an ad led to a quote request, and to show our ads to people who have already visited this site. Which platforms we are running at any given time depends on the season and what we are promoting.

You can control what you are shown through Google's ad settings and through the ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account. Meta's practices are described in the Meta Privacy Policy.

Server logs and security

Our host records standard server information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block automated spam, which is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. This site uses them for basic function, for analytics and for advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop you from using the site, though some things may not work as expected.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services we use to run the business, and only as far as they need it:

• Jobber powers our request and order forms, quotes, scheduling and invoicing. Form submissions go to Jobber and become part of your customer record.
• Google provides analytics, advertising measurement and spam protection.
• Meta delivers advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
• WP Engine hosts the website.
• Payment processors, accountants and similar providers, where a transaction requires it.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or if it is necessary to protect our rights, our crews or someone’s safety.

Reviews on this site

Reviews shown on this website are published by customers on Google and Facebook and are displayed here as those customers wrote them. We do not edit them. If you left a review and would prefer it not appear on this site, contact us and we will remove it from the website, though we cannot remove it from the platform where you posted it.

How long we keep information

We keep quote requests, customer records and job history for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax, insurance and legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s settings for our account.

Your choices

• Texts. Reply STOP to any message.
• Email. Use the unsubscribe link, or ask us.
• Cookies and ads. Use your browser settings and Google’s ad settings.
• Your information. Contact us to ask what we hold, correct it or request deletion. We will respond within a reasonable time. Some records have to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.

Security

This site uses an encrypted connection, and the services we rely on maintain their own security practices. No system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as payment card or Social Security numbers through a website form.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business or the tools we use change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
